When designing the body control system, the particularity of the body controller is taken into consideration. The following principles must be followed:

1) Comfort and rationality: For example, in some humanized configuration functions, passengers can use manual switches to adjust the seat mirrors and steering wheels to the optimal position and then store them. Each passenger can set different positions according to different needs.

2) Safety and reliability: For example, different motors have different thermal characteristics. Different start-stop control schemes should be used when continuously driving the motor to avoid motor overheating. This body controller considers the use of mature technologies and products, minimizes the occurrence of faults in the design selection and system design, and selects intelligent chips to monitor the status of electrical equipment and feedback to the microcontroller [1].

3) Scientificity and standardization: The body control system is different from general systems. It is an advanced and complex comprehensive system. It must start from system design, including the entire process of debugging and acceptance, and must strictly follow the relevant national regulations and specifications to do a good job in system standardization design and scientific management.

4) Advancedness and scalability: The body control system should make full use of the latest modern technology to make the system adapt to social development as long as possible. Due to the rapid development of modern science and technology, future development needs must be taken into consideration, and the design must be forward-looking and scalable. With the gradual increase of vehicle body electrical equipment, multiple control interfaces and detection interfaces are reserved when designing this system.
