How Dry Claw Compressor Supports Fuel Cell Operation
In a PEM fuel cell, hydrogen from storage tanks reacts with oxygen from air to generate electricity, with heat and water as only byproducts. To prevent oxygen from entering the hydrogen loop and avoid explosion risks, excess hydrogen is fed into the system - and this surplus hydrogen must be recirculated instead of being released, per emission regulations and energy efficiency requirements.
