1) Input circuit: There are two types of sensor signals input to the body controller: one is an analog signal; the other is a digital signal. Different types of signals have different processing methods after being input to the body controller. After the signal output from the sensor is input to the body controller, it first passes through the input circuit, which converts the analog signal and digital signal into a suitable level and then inputs the signal to the microcontroller.
2) Microcontroller: The main function of the microcontroller is to process the signals sent by various sensors using the programs and data in the memory according to the needs of body control, and send the processing results to the output circuit;
3) Output circuit: Since the microcontroller outputs a very low voltage digital signal, this signal generally cannot directly drive the actuator, and the function of the output circuit is to convert the digital signal output by the microcontroller into the input signal of the executable element.
