As an OEM manufacturer specializing in the production of front-mounted bus components, we have recently completed the full sorting of front and middle door assemblies and supporting accessories for a Vietnamese customer. The products are currently awaiting shipment and are expected to arrive at the customer's factory within 22 days.
This order includes core components such as front door panels, hinge brackets, and locking mechanisms, as well as supporting accessories such as middle door sliding tracks and handles. All products are custom-made according to the customer's vehicle specifications and production standards. To ensure the components remain intact during long-distance transportation, we use a layered protective packaging solution: the inner layer is covered with moisture-proof film or hard cardboard, depending on the components' characteristics, to isolate them from moisture and minor bumps. The outer layer is uniformly packed into eight custom wooden boxes made of thickened board material to withstand the pressure and vibration during transportation.
During the sorting process, the team focused on three core tasks: first, verifying each part number against the order list to ensure that the quantity and specifications fully matched customer requirements; second, verifying that the products met Vietnamese local automotive industry standards to ensure that the parts could be directly assembled on the production line upon arrival; and third, verifying the integrity of the packaging labels. All outer boxes were labeled in both Chinese and English to facilitate quick identification and inventory checking upon receipt.
These door components are not only fundamental components of the vehicle but also crucial to the safety and convenience of passengers boarding and alighting. From material selection to dimensional accuracy, we prioritize customer production needs. For example, door seals are made of weather-resistant materials to accommodate Vietnam's rainy climate; hinges are reinforced to withstand the frequent opening and closing of urban buses.
The entire shipment is now in the final stages of preparation for shipment, and the customer will receive detailed tracking information today.
